“Bayonets and Bougainvillea”

This piece reminds me that I can be inspired and find beauty in the most common places and familiar objects. It’s up to me to remain passionate and vigilante in the search and keep my eyes open to the possibilities.

About the Artist

Tony Rosa is an award-winning, self-taught painter that captures shapes, themes, shadows, tones, reflections, harmonies, contrasts, emotions, symbols, colors, and
more that tell a story.
He works with oil and acrylic pigments. Most of his works have been landscapes with a few still life paintings sprinkled in. He has even completed a self-portrait and taken a step into the surreal. Because Tony Rosa is still learning, he doesn’t want to limit himself to one genre. He’s out to prove to himself that, “If you can paint one thing, you can paint anything.”
